If you order from an EU-country, you must pay Danish taxes, but if you order from a country outside EU, you might be subjected to local taxes and duties, which we can not be held responsible for.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Karmo Shop uses GLS when shipping in Denmark. We use PostNord in all other European countries except for Norway and Great Britain. We use DHL for Norway, Great Britain and all countries outside of the EU. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. If your order is placed friday after 4pm, it will be shipped the following monday. For customers within Denmark and Sweden the shipping information will include a track and trace identification code.
If the package is damaged during shipping you must report this to GLS immediately - Latest 2 days after receiving the goods - and then return the package to us.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:
If you want to return the merchandise, it has to be within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items should be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will not be accepted if labels have been removed, as we consider them a part of the product. As soon as we have received the returned item, and it has undergone a quality control check, the amount you have paid will be transferred to the method of payment, with which you bought the item. If paid by credit card, we only credit the card that was used to purchase the items.
Please keep your postage receipt as proof of the package sent. Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
Karmo Shop does not cover return expenses.
All products are covered by The Danish law on Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to file a claim on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects or imperfections are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or common daily use and tear, your right to complain lapses.
