Khadi is a cotton/silk fabric that is made by hand.

It is spun by hand on yarn stage and then made into fabric on the handloom.

It was Ghandi, who started this tecnic to shun off all foreign cloth, and started to make it himself.

So it is also a symbol of peace and sustainability
